More and more, churches are focusing on the "church online" experience. This new medium has been tested for a few years; there are still a few problems such as how to include absent audiences in communion or other Christian rituals, the number of Christians going to church online is rising. PBS presented a fascinating story recently revealing the popularity of Christians preference leaning towards attending church online via live streaming. Pastors and Ministry Leaders who have yet to start making the shift to engage with this audience must now play catch-up to complete the circle. Unfortunately, it's just not enough to create a live stream; you must also begin to put systems in place to ensure that you are treating your live stream audience members as e-church members, need to understand the urgency of making this a priority in their church marketing strategy. I recently presented training, Church Marketing on a Shoe String Budget on this very subject making references as to how pastors and can overcome some of the obstacles. In the practice, I explained how to engage and grow this audience. if you have 30 mins, and need to learn how to begin to engage this audience, I encourage you to check it out.
