While some corporations are still afraid to do business with the "Church" Pepsico recognizes the impact the church has on a niche community. T.D. Jakes Embraces Pepsico for recognizing the importance of partnering with faith-based initiatives making an economic impact on the communities they serve. I applaud Bishop Jakes in leading the way once again in exposing the great impact the church plays in its community. Many would argue that by partnering with corporations, the church is selling out on faith principles. I would claim that the church has always opened its doors to businesses by way of offering space, workshops and accepting in-kind donations, why not receive desperately needed monies to help offset costs that churches incur to bring holistic services to the community by which they are serving. Our firm has been collaborating with corporations on behalf of churches for years. It is a win-win worthy cause. Churches struggle every day trying to fund much-needed programing and Corporations spend hundreds of thousands a year trying to reach an audience to present its products and or services. If it is a good fit and does not compromise faith-based principles, why not partner with corporations to support the church?
